How to Request More Capacity

A published guide from Survanta's public documentation.

How to Request More Capacity

When your organization needs more than your current plan allows, there are a few ways to get more capacity. This page helps you choose the right path; each path has a detailed page of its own.

Choose the right path

Your situation Best path
You need one or two specific limits raised (more users, storage, surveys, responses, API clients) Submit a limit increase request.
Your needs have grown across many limits, or you want a tailored plan Submit a custom plan request.
You want separately priced Limit capacity Add Limit lines through a limit increase or custom plan order; there is no standalone current add-on entity.
Your subscription has expired and you need access restored Use an allowed recovery surface to create the appropriate commercial order or ask a Platform Admin to set a valid future end date.

How requests are handled

Capacity changes use the unified commercial order workflow:

  1. Create a tenant order at /Tenant/Orders/Create, or use /CommercialOrders/CustomPlan for the website custom builder.
  2. Submit the draft for Platform Admin review.
  3. Approval issues the existing draft invoice as Unpaid; there is no separate request conversation entity.
  4. Submit cash-payment proof or have a Platform Admin record the full cash payment.
  5. Verified settlement applies the order and updates the subscription entitlement snapshot.

See your current usage first

Before requesting, check where you actually stand:

  • Tenant users with billing permission can inspect the effective subscription at /Tenant/Subscription and use available usage views; no universal proactive-warning schedule is guaranteed.
  • Knowing your current value and the value you need helps the admin act quickly.
