Four ways in
Four ways in, including a public survey opened by QR or token.
The Survanta mobile app lets a field collector work through their surveys on an Android device, including places with no usable network. Surveys are downloaded to the device, answered locally, and submitted when a connection is available.
Everything a collector needs on the device, and nothing that depends on a live connection to keep working.
Available surveys are downloaded to the device, so collection continues in places with no usable network.
Answers are kept locally as a draft. A collector can close a survey and continue from where they stopped.
Repeated groups capture the same set of questions once per subject, without duplicating the survey.
Row-based answers are entered in a table, column by column, with the same validation as any other question.
Required answers and conditional questions are applied on the device, so a response is checked before it is submitted.
Responses sync once a connection is available. Queued files are listed for the collector to confirm before they continue.

Assign operational work from the Dashboard. It is carried out, and completed, on the device.
Basic: an assigned mission with a title, a description and a start button.
Advanced: adds a schedule, a map location, a radius check and GPS capture at completion.
Approved organization identity and contact details reach every field user the same way, in Arabic and English, and stay available from the device under the app's offline rules.
Admins configure the organization logo, identity and contact details.
The approved organization identity appears the same way in the mobile app.
The app exposes the approved organization details and the contact methods configured for it.
The same five steps whether the device is online the whole time or not.
A collector signs in and sees the surveys available to them.
Questions are answered on the device, with validation applied as the response is filled in.
Without a usable network the response is saved on the device as a draft instead of being lost.
Responses are submitted once connectivity is available. Queued files wait for the collector to confirm them.
Submitted responses are reviewed, exported and analysed in the Survanta web dashboard, not on the device.
When push notifications are configured, Survanta delivers targeted messages straight to the Android app — and keeps a copy in the in-app inbox so nothing is missed.

Important instructions and alerts reach every member of the team at once, and stay readable afterwards.
Planned
An assistant that understands your organization's own instructions and helps the user while they work.
Planned
Capabilities marked Coming later are not available today. Roadmap items may change, be reordered, or evolve before release, and nothing here is a commitment to a delivery date.
We will walk your organization through survey design, field assignment and a live collection round on a real device.
