Open a survey portal

A portal link opens the set of surveys currently available to you, so you can choose which one to answer.

Some private or protected survey and portal tokens require an additional passcode provided by the organization. Leave it empty if you were not given one.

Choose from the available surveys

A portal token covers the organization's currently active published surveys rather than a single one. Signing in to your website account is required before the portal opens.

  • OKLists the surveys available to the link holder
  • OKYou choose which survey to answer and submit it
  • OKInvalid, expired, and revoked links show a safe message and never reveal survey or organization details
