Terms of Use

A published guide from Survanta's public documentation.

Terms of Use

These terms describe baseline rules for using Survanta. The platform operator should replace or supplement them with deployment-specific commercial, legal, support, and jurisdiction details before relying on them as binding production terms.

Acceptable use

Users must access only accounts, tenants, surveys, files, and reports they are authorised to use. They must not share credentials, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, interfere with service operation, or use the platform to collect data without a valid purpose and appropriate notices.

Accounts and access links

Website accounts, tenant user accounts, and researcher accounts are personal and must not be shared. Public survey links, portal tokens, and viewer tokens should be treated as sensitive: anyone holding a link can use whatever access it grants until the issuing organisation deactivates it.

Tenant responsibilities

Tenant administrators are responsible for survey content, respondent notices, team invitations, permission assignments, data exports, and compliance with their organisation's policies. They should review plan limits, storage use, public links, and integrations before launching live collection.

Service operation

Survanta is provided according to the active deployment and plan configuration. Features, limits, availability, retention, and support channels may vary by operator and tenant agreement. Suspected security issues, incorrect access, or abusive use should be reported promptly to the platform operator.
