Field Mission Allowance

A published guide from Survanta's public documentation.

Field Mission Allowance

Field missions are metered per billing cycle, with a generous included allowance and a simple per-unit price above it.

What is included

Item Included Price above the allowance
Missions per billing cycle 50 on every plan 1 EGP per additional mission

There are no pricing tiers. The 50 included missions are on every plan, so you never buy the first 50.

When the allowance is used

A unit is consumed when a mission is successfully created. Nothing else consumes one — assigning, starting, completing and viewing are free.

The allowance is never refunded

Cancelling a mission, completing it, or deleting it does not return its unit. A mission that was created consumed its unit, and that stays true for the rest of the cycle. This is deliberate: the allowance measures work commissioned, not work finished.

A creation that fails consumes nothing at all.

When it resets

The allowance follows your subscription's own billing cycle, not the calendar month. If your cycle runs from the 17th to the 16th, a fresh 50 arrives on the 17th. Renewing early does not merge two cycles into one long one — each cycle still gets its own allowance.

Advanced Field Missions is separate

Advanced Field Missions (300 EGP/month) unlocks location, radius enforcement, completion-location capture and scheduling. It is a capability, not capacity: it adds no extra missions. The two are priced and purchased independently.
