The platform operator remains responsible for publishing any deployment-specific controller details, hosting location, retention schedule, and legal contact information.

Information processed

Survanta may process account details, invitation and authentication events, tenant configuration, survey content, responses, files uploaded by authorised users, communication history, device metadata, and operational audit records. Survey owners are responsible for ensuring their questionnaires collect only information needed for the stated purpose.

How information is used

Data is used to operate the service, secure accounts, deliver survey workflows, support billing and plan requests, respond to support messages, investigate abuse, and improve reliability. Access is controlled by tenant and platform permissions, and administrative users should grant the least privilege needed for each role.

Who can see tenant data

Each organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation. Within an organisation, visibility follows the permission groups a tenant administrator assigns. Public survey links, portal tokens, and viewer tokens expose only the specific survey or report they were issued for, and they can be deactivated by the issuing organisation.

Retention and requests

Retention depends on the active deployment and tenant configuration. Users should contact the platform operator for access, correction, export, deletion, or incident questions. The operator should verify identity and tenant authority before acting on any request involving tenant data.
