My Requests

A published guide from Survanta's public documentation.

My Requests

Overview

The My Requests page is your central place to track commercial orders you submitted to the Survanta platform team. Website reads are owner-scoped: you can see only orders whose requester identity is your signed-in website identity.

Accessing My Requests

Sign in to your website account and click My Requests in the navigation menu. The current page is a paged order list. Each row opens the corresponding owner-scoped details page.

What Is Shown on Each Request Card

Field Description
Request Number The order number that identifies the commercial request
Request Type New subscription, custom plan, plan change, or limit increase
Created On The date the order record was created
Amount Current order total and currency
Status The current commercial lifecycle status (see below)

Request Statuses

Status Meaning
Draft The order exists but has not yet been submitted for platform review.
Submitted The order has been sent for review.
Approved The platform approved the order and its invoice is ready for the permitted payment/proof workflow; approval is not the same as applying entitlements.
Applied Payment/application processing completed and the approved order was applied to subscription and entitlement data.
Rejected The platform rejected a submitted order. The details page shows the recorded rejection reason when present.
Cancelled The requester or platform closed an eligible order without applying it.

Filtering and Searching

The current website list provides bounded pagination but does not expose the previously documented status filter or request-number search controls. Use the displayed order number and browser navigation to identify a request; do not assume hidden filtering is applied.

Opening a Request

Click any request card to open Request Details. The current page shows the order, invoice, pricing lines, lifecycle history, rejection/payment reason when present, and only the actions valid for its state. A built-in conversation thread is not part of this commercial-order page; use an approved support channel when more information is needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can I only see my own requests? Website order reads require the requesting website identity. Authorized platform operators have their own permission-gated management surface. This separation protects commercial and company information.

Can I cancel a request? Use Cancel while the details page offers it. Requesters may cancel Draft or Submitted orders only when no payment record exists. Applied, Rejected, and Cancelled orders cannot be closed again, and commercial history is retained rather than deleted.

How many requests can I have open at once? No request-count limit is established by the current commercial-order source. State, ownership, pricing, invoice, payment, discount, and entitlement rules still apply to every order. Avoid duplicates because each order has its own invoice and lifecycle.

Will I be notified when my request status changes? Commercial workflow notifications are written to the website notification inbox for supported transitions, including approval, rejection, cancellation, and application. The current source does not expose website email-preference controls or guarantee email delivery for every order event, so treat My Notifications and the order details page as the authoritative in-app channels.
