Request Details
Overview
The Request Details page shows one owner-scoped commercial order, its invoice and price snapshot, lifecycle history, and actions permitted by the current state. The current page does not contain the previously documented conversation/reply widget; use the details, notifications, and an approved support channel together when follow-up is required.
Accessing Request Details
Go to My Requests and click any request card. The Request Details page opens.
What You Will See
Request Summary
At the top of the page you will find:
- Request Number — the unique identifier (e.g., REQ-00042)
- Created On — date the order record was first created
- Current Status — Draft, Submitted, Approved, Applied, Rejected, or Cancelled
- Order Type — new subscription, custom plan, plan change, or limit increase
- Invoice Number and Status — the one invoice associated with the order
- Total and Currency — the server-priced commercial total
Plan Configuration
The order-items and pricing sections show the immutable descriptions and values captured for the request:
- The requested base plan, when applicable
- Numeric limits such as users, storage, surveys, responses, tokens, integrations, or notification capacity
- Boolean capabilities represented as enabled/disabled
0/1limit values - Unit price, quantity, subtotal, discount, tax, and total
Submitted details are read-only snapshots. Draft repricing exists in the service contract, but the current website details view does not expose a general edit form. If the request can still be cancelled, cancel it and create the corrected request; otherwise contact the platform team through an approved channel.
Follow-up Context
Earlier documentation described a request conversation thread. The current commercial-order details source instead provides an order timeline and notification links. Preserve relevant business questions and supporting context in your request notes or approved support channel; do not put payment credentials or sensitive personal data there.
Platform follow-up may include:
- Questions about your requirements
- Requests for additional information
- Status updates and decisions
Following Up
The current page has no reply box. To follow up:
- Record the order number shown at the top of the details page.
- Open the approved support or Contact Sales channel.
- Include the order number and a focused description of the required clarification.
- Keep the order details page and My Notifications available for authoritative status changes.
A support message is not guaranteed to appear in the commercial-order timeline or change the order status. Only a successful commercial workflow action updates the order.
Follow-up Guidelines
- Keep follow-up focused on the current request.
- If you have a new or different plan question, submit a new request or use the Contact Sales form.
- Do not include sensitive payment or personal data in support messages.
Request Status Changes
Supported platform transitions create website notifications, and the persisted status is reflected at the top of Request Details. The normal path is Draft → Submitted → Approved → Applied; Rejected and Cancelled are terminal alternatives. Approval alone does not mean the subscription entitlement snapshot has been applied.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit the plan details after submitting? Plan details cannot be edited directly on this page. Cancel an eligible Draft or Submitted order and create a corrected request, or quote the order number when contacting the platform team.
Why is there no reply box? The current commercial-order details view has no reply box in any status. It conditionally shows Submit for Review, Cancel, Apply Code, or Submit Proof according to order, invoice, and payment state.
How long does a review take? Review times vary. Monitor My Notifications and the contact details you supplied, and quote the order number if you contact the platform team through an approved channel.
