Contact Sales
Overview
The Contact Sales form lets any visitor — whether signed in or browsing anonymously — send a message directly to the Survanta platform team. Use this form if you have a question about pricing, a specific plan, or any other topic before you are ready to submit a formal plan request.
Who Can Use This Form
The Contact Sales form is open to everyone visiting the Survanta website. You do not need to have a registered account or be signed in to submit the form.
How to Submit a Message
- Navigate to Contact Sales from the website menu or any call-to-action button on the site.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Your Name — how you would like to be addressed in the reply
- Email Address — where the platform team should send their response
- Phone — optional contact number
- Subject — the topic of the inquiry
- Message — your question, comment, or request
- Click Send Message.
After a successful submission, a confirmation message will appear on the page letting you know your message has been received.
What Happens After You Submit
The submission is stored as a Pending Contact Sales request for authorized platform review. The email address and optional phone number are contact details, but the current submission service does not itself send a reply or promise a one-to-two-business-day service level. Response channel and timing depend on platform operations.
Important Notes
- This form does not create a plan request or tenant. Submitting a Contact Sales message is a general inquiry only. If you want to formally request a subscription plan, use the Custom Plan Builder and submit a plan request instead.
- Do not include sensitive financial or personal data such as credit card numbers or passport details in the message field.
- Rate limiting is applied to prevent spam. Current source allows at most five submissions per IP address and three per browser session within a one-hour window. If limited, wait until the window has passed rather than repeatedly resubmitting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive a copy of my message? The current submission service displays an on-page acceptance result but does not send the submitter an automatic email copy. Retain your own message before submitting if you need a record.
Can I follow up on a previous Contact Sales message? No fixed reply SLA is established by the current source. Check spam or junk if the platform team replies by email. If you follow up, avoid repeated submissions inside the one-hour rate-limit window and identify the earlier subject and approximate submission time.
Is the Contact Sales form the right place to report a technical problem? For an issue tied to a commercial order, record its order number and use an approved support channel. For a general question that needs routing to the platform team, the Contact Sales form is an available starting point.
