Dashboard Overview — Tenant Admin
What You See on the Home Screen
After signing in, the Tenant Admin dashboard home gives you a summary of your organization's activity on Survanta:
- Active Users: Number of users currently active in your organization.
- Subscription Plan: Your current subscription plan name and expiry date.
- Storage Usage: How much of your allocated storage has been used (e.g. 2.4 GB of 10 GB).
- Surveys: Total number of surveys created versus your plan's limit.
- Recent Notifications: Latest system notifications and alerts from the platform.
- Recent Activity: A log of recent actions taken within your tenant (user invitations, survey creation, report downloads).
Navigation Areas
The left-side navigation provides access to all Tenant Admin sections:

| Notifications | View and manage notifications for your organization |

Understanding Your Plan Limits
Your dashboard home shows your current usage against plan limits. When you approach a limit:
- A warning indicator appears on the relevant metric.
- You can submit a Limit Increase Request from the Billing Requests section.
- If you exceed a limit, new records of that type (e.g. new surveys) cannot be created until the limit is increased or data is removed.
Tenant Isolation
Your organization's data is fully isolated from all other organizations on Survanta. Users in your tenant can only see and interact with data that belongs to your organization. Platform Admins may access your tenant data for support and billing purposes only.
