Dashboard Overview — Platform Admin
What You See on the Home Screen
After signing in as Platform Admin, the dashboard home screen provides a summary of the entire platform:
- Active Tenants: Count of tenants currently in an active state.
- Active Subscriptions: Count of tenants with a currently active subscription plan.
- Pending Billing Requests: Plan requests or limit-increase requests awaiting review.
- Recent Notifications: Latest platform-wide notifications sent or scheduled.
- Storage Summary: Aggregate file storage usage across tenants.
- Recent Activity: A log of recent admin actions (tenant created, plan changed, etc.).
Navigation Areas
The left-side navigation menu provides access to all Platform Admin sections:

| Tenant Users | View and manage users within any tenant |
| Permissions | Assign and review permission groups for tenant users |
| Plans & Limits | Configure subscription plans, features, and limits |
| Tenant Overrides | Grant individual tenants exceptions above their plan limits |
| Billing | View subscriptions, invoices, and payment records |
| Notifications | Send and manage platform-level notifications |
| Integrations | Enable and manage integration API-key access per tenant |
| Documentation | Manage public documentation spaces and pages |
| Website | Control landing page content, pricing display, FAQ, and navigation |
Quick Actions
From the dashboard home you can quickly:
- Open a specific tenant by name.
- Review and act on pending billing requests.
- Send a platform notification.
- Navigate to a recently edited documentation page.
Understanding the Summary Counts
All summary counts reflect real-time data from the database. They do not cache unless a background refresh period is configured. Deactivated tenants and expired subscriptions are excluded from active counts.
